About a week ago, I had the honor of announcing my MCC renewal.
Today, ICF sent this one in my mailbox: it’s the first renewal of my so called “ACTC”. The advanced certificate in team coaching.
My journey to ACTC has been of an entirely different nature than the one to MCC. Where MCC was clearly identity driven, ACTC was driven by curiosity and by a “why not ?” – mindset..
It went together with the creation of the Team Coaching Global Alliance that I co-founded together with Katerina Kanelidou, MCC, ACTC 🦓 and Jonathan Reitz, MCC, ACTC. A company providing an AATC program that brings ICF Team Coaching to the world. And provides all you need not get your own ACTC.
