Dear friends,
I became ICF Master Certified Coach in 2019. Today is the 2nd time that I am honored to have it renewed !
While it is not “new” anymore, there has never been a day that I have taken this credential for “granted”; there has never been a day without reflection:
-what makes me hold this credential ?
-what is needed to keep on holding it ?
-who would I be without it ?
-who am I with it ?
-what value does it bring: to me, to my clients, to the world ?
-what value am I getting from it ?
-how is it stimulating me to keep on growing ?
-how are the grow paths “before” and “after” MCC similar or different ?
-imagine there was an even “higher” ICF credential, would I go for it ? And how much joy would that journey bring to me ?
-what I am learning from all these reflections ?
